By default, FUSE VOID STEM-X does not load third-party analytics or marketing cookies unless you explicitly accept them. If you select "REJECT ALL", the scripts will NOT load (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel). We implement FULL SCRIPT BLOCKING, not "Consent Mode". No partial data collection occurs before acceptance.
1. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)
- Essential Cookies: Processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (performance of contract) to provide website functionality.
- Performance/Marketing Cookies: Processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Consent is not required until user accepts via our banner.
- Infrastructure Analytics (Cloudflare): Processed under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) for security and DDoS protection. No user consent required.
2. First-Party vs. Third-Party Cookies
- First-Party Cookies (fusevoid.com domain): These are set by us to ensure session management, preference storage, and CSRF protection.
- Third-Party Cookies (external domains): These are set by external partners (e.g., Google, Meta) for analytics and advertising networks. Third-party cookies require explicit opt-in consent.
3. Types of cookies we use
- Essential Website Cookies (Functional): These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our website and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas (e.g., Cloudflare security checks, Lemon Squeezy payment gateways). Duration: Session to 30 days.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies: These cookies collect information that is used either in aggregate form to help us understand how our website is being used (e.g., Google Analytics). Duration: Up to 180 days (FUSE VOID Dashboard), though underlying services may retain it longer.
- Advertising Cookies: These cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you (e.g., Meta Pixel). Duration: Up to 180 days.
4. How can I control or withdraw consent?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking the 'Cookie Settings' link in our website footer.
When you withdraw consent, FUSE VOID removes your preference from your browser, logs the withdrawal timestamp on our server for compliance auditing, and disables all non-essential tracking immediately. Withdrawal prevents future processing, but does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn. Your consent preference is retained for 12 months, after which you will be asked to re-confirm.
5. International Data Transfers (Schrems II & SCCs)
Data transferred to the US (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the EU Commission, and Supplementary Measures including Data encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and Pseudonymization of IP addresses (last octet masked).
6. Children's Privacy
FUSE VOID STEM-X is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. For EU users ages 13-15, parental consent is required for data processing. For US users under 13, the service is not available.
