Welcome to FUSE VOID STUDIO. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the root portal located at https://fusevoid.com (the “Root Site”), operated by Cem Ozan Düzenci DBA FUSE VOID STUDIO (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
By accessing or browsing the Root Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Root Site immediately.
1. Scope & Application-Specific Terms
The Root Site serves as a showcase and gateway for FUSE VOID STUDIO applications and services.
- No Direct Sales on Root: The Root Site does not offer accounts or process financial payments directly.
- Sub-Application Agreements: Each specific application, software tool, or web hub accessible via sub-directories or external links (e.g., STEM-X, web tools, mobile apps) is subject to its own dedicated Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Accessing or using those tools constitutes acceptance of their specific legal agreements.
2. App Store Subscriptions & Consumables
For users of our native iOS and macOS applications (such as STEM-X) distributed via the Apple App Store, the following terms apply to In-App Purchases:
- Subscriptions: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Consumables (Energy Tokens): Energy Tokens are one-time consumable purchases. All Energy Tokens strictly expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused tokens do not roll over beyond this period and cannot be restored.
- Usage Limits & Billing (Minute Rounding): Due to cloud hardware initialization overhead, all audio processing jobs are strictly billed on a minute-by-minute basis. Any fractional time is always rounded up to the next full minute (e.g., a 20-second file will deduct 1 minute, and a 1m 15s file will deduct 2 minutes).
- Refunds & Management: Apple handles all billing and refunds. We do not have the ability to process refunds for StoreKit transactions. You can manage your subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, logos, graphics, user interface designs, and code displayed on or underlying the Root Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Cem Ozan Düzenci / FUSE VOID STUDIO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Root Site without explicit written authorization from us.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Root Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or security of the Root Site.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cem Ozan Düzenci, FUSE VOID STUDIO, or any affiliated parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, the Root Site.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Root Site shall not exceed $50 (Fifty US Dollars) (or its equivalent in Turkish Lira).
Conflict of Terms: Each application, website, or platform operated under the FUSE VOID brand is an independent service with its own applicable legal documentation. In the event of any direct conflict between these Root Terms and the application-specific Terms of Service agreed upon during a commercial transaction via an authorized Merchant of Record (e.g., Lemon Squeezy), the application-specific terms shall prevail solely regarding that specific financial transaction and service.
5. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Root Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You explicitly agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Root Site shall be instituted exclusively in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, Türkiye (İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri). You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
