Terms of Service

Welcome to FUSE VOID STUDIO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Master Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our applications, websites, and services, including the STEM-X AI Vocal Remover and Drum Machine (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Apple-compliant End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Description of Service

STEM-X ISOLATION is a technical audio processing tool (Digital Signal Processor). We provide neural frequency separation algorithms that allow users to isolate stems (such as vocals, drums, and bass) from their own uploaded audio files. We do not provide, host, or distribute any music or third-party audio content.

2. User Ownership and Responsibility (CRITICAL)

You, the user, retain full ownership of any audio files you upload to the Service. However, by uploading audio files, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You own the full copyright to the uploaded audio, OR you possess a valid mechanical, master use, or synchronization license that permits you to modify or process the audio.
• Your use of the Service does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party.
• You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to process copyrighted material for which you do not have proper authorization.

FUSE VOID STUDIO assumes zero liability for any copyright infringement or unauthorized processing conducted by the user.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process malicious files, malware, or disguised executable files (we employ strict MIME-type validation).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the API endpoints.
• Distribute, sell, or commercialize separated stems generated from copyrighted material that you do not own.

Violation of this AUP will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account without a refund.

4. Data Processing and AI Training Policy

Our commitment to your privacy and intellectual property is absolute:

• Transient Processing: Uploaded audio files are cached temporarily in our servers strictly for the duration of the AI inference process. All user-uploaded files and processed results are automatically and permanently deleted immediately upon completion of processing (maximum 24 hours).
• No AI Training: We do NOT use, scrape, or retain your audio files to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models. Our machine learning weights are static.

5. DMCA Takedown Procedure

FUSE VOID STUDIO respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed by a user of our Service, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Information sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an email address.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Please submit DMCA claims to: support@fusevoid.com. We are committed to reviewing and processing valid DMCA takedown requests within 24 hours, which may include terminating the offending user's access to the Service.

6. Subscription and Refunds

Access to the Service is provided via a paid subscription (Monthly or Yearly). Users may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no processing compute credits have been used. Because audio processing consumes significant server compute resources (GPU time) instantly, once any audio file has been successfully processed, the subscription fee is strictly non-refundable, unless required by local law.

Usage Limits & Billing (Minute Rounding): Due to cloud hardware initialization overhead, all audio processing jobs are strictly billed on a minute-by-minute basis. Any fractional time is always rounded up to the next full minute (e.g., a 20-second file will deduct 1 minute, and a 1m 15s file will deduct 2 minutes). All Energy Tokens strictly expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused monthly subscription minutes do not roll over.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". FUSE VOID STUDIO disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall FUSE VOID STUDIO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
